PRODUCT RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
1. General Return Conditions
Product return or exchange is carried out at the Buyer’s expense.
The product may also be returned to the store at the time of receiving a new order.
2. Return of Products of Improper Quality
A product of improper quality is defined as a product that is defective and fails to perform its stated functions.
The received product must match the description provided on the website.
Minor differences in design or packaging do not qualify as defects or reasons for return.
The appearance and completeness of the product, as well as the entire order, must be checked upon receipt.
Once the order has been accepted, claims regarding:
external damage
quantity
completeness
visual appearance
— will not be accepted.
If the Buyer receives a defective product and no prior agreement was made with the Seller, the Buyer has the right to act in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
Refunds for goods of improper quality will be processed within 30 days from the date of the official request (Clause 4, Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
3. Specifics of Returning Products of Improper Quality
A product may be returned to the store when collecting the next order,
provided it was purchased no more than 14 days prior to the current date.
Refunds are issued via one of the following methods:
postal money order
bank transfer via PrivatBank
transfer to a bank card issued within Ukraine (card currency must be UAH)
The selected refund method must be clearly stated in the return request form.
4. Refunds for Online Payments
If the order was paid in accordance with Clause 6.4.2 of the Offer,
the refund will be issued to the same bank card used for the payment.
5. Warranty
The Seller guarantees proper use and performance of the product throughout the entire warranty period.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for defects that occur after the product has been delivered to the Buyer if:
the product was misused or improperly stored
damage occurred due to third parties
damage resulted from force majeure circumstances
